Moira Dela Torre is a famous and well-known singer and songwriter in the Philippines. She is known for her soothing voice that can bring comfort and said to be can touch the heart of all her listeners. Moira’s career in the music industry started first as a voice artist in the different theme songs of commercials, and some of them became popular. Moira first appeared on national television to audition in The Voice Philippines year 2013, although she didn’t manage to win in that competition more opportunities opened up for her.  About the Artist Before beginning his sculpting career, Mario " RAM " Mallari Jr. studied architecture and worked as a draftsman. Ram was introduced to metalsmithing at a young age, despite his poor beginnings. Mallari recognized the beauty in the multitude of recoverable, metallic forms sprouting from the stacks of scrap metal heading for trash. Mallari Jr.'s steampunk-inspired sculptures have won him international attention. Mallari has maintained his remarkable career and garnered international praise in just three years, the most recent of which is becoming a guest artist and professor at the Singapore Science Museum's art workshop. His work has been featured in a variety of television and print media outlets, including Thompson Reuters, the Washington Post, NBC News TV, BBC News, and Yahoo, to mention a few. Bituin: A Poem Dedicated to the Filipino Frontliners by Carlo Hornilla

  About the Artist      The writer, Carlo Bonn Felix Hornilla, is a spoken word poetry artist, most commonly known for his lovelorn, bitter stories in the YouTube channel " Ampalaya Monologues", in which one of them have garnered millions of views. He grew up and lives in Lipa, Batangas and has been involved in monologue writing as he joined a group of theater actors as their monologue writer.  He learned a lot of Batanguenyo words from the elders in his village, and says that the Batanguenyo dialect has a lot of colorful words that make it entertaining to be used in speaking. He also cited that a famous Batanguenyo actor, Leo Martinez, is known for his humorous dialect that comes out as flirty and funny. He uses the dialect in his spoken word poetry, combined with his relatable love speeches and is able to communicate messages which is well-received by the audience. #ArtHeals: Using Art to Thrive in the Pandemic

Charlie Co, a Negros artist, battled with COVID-19 in a hospital back in November 2020. Eight months later, Co chuckles at the memory of his close encounter with death, and the more terrifying medical bill that followed.  According to Co, artists have the responsibility to show the importance of the time they live in. The pandemic is the highlight of 2020, and with this, Co rcognized the prospect of hunger that many artists face. He met with Viva Excon movers Manny Montelibano and Toto Tarossa, as well as with the owner of Bacolod's oldest grocery chain, Victor Benjamin “Bong” Lopue. They discussed how to help local artists, and immediately bought food for 40 artist families, including P5,000 worth of food and health products.  This project continued and expanded under the #ArtHeals concept where they raised funds through seven online exhibits. Lockdown by Anton del Castillo

          Anton del Castillo is an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines Integrated School in Quezon City. He received his degrees in Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines, and he has undertaken training in the restoration department of the National Museum of the Philippines. His paintings are mostly composed of oil and metallic leaf, rendered in the style of Byzantine icons, and they portray strong allusions to contemporary issues. He also received a prestigious award internationally and locally. He was one of the finalists in the Sovereign Art Contest in Hong Kong and a grand prize winner in the national contest of the Metrobank Foundation in 2003. He received an award from the Asian Cultural Council and a Sovereign Art Foundation Fellowship to undertake research on Byzantine icon painting in American collections and a residency in the International Studio and Curatorial Program in New York, USA in the year of 2006.
